Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ Fundamentals
A revolving set of 28 different classes held every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday evening, giving the beginner Jiu-Jitsu student the foundation techniques and movements essential for success and true understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

These 28 lessons will rotate every 2.5 months, so that over a one year timeframe, the student will be able to study and practice all of the fundamental techniques at least four different times.

BJJ Intermediate

These classes build off of our BJJ Fundamentals curriculum, adding more advanced movements and concepts. This program has a 32 class rotation, which revolves every four months.
*These classes have a minimum rank requirement of two-stripe White Belt and up.

BJJ Mixed Levels
These classes build off the BJJ Fundamentals classes, teaching the student set-ups and combinations of fundamental attacks and defenses. To succeed in these classes, we recommend a solid understanding of our fundamentals.

BJJ No-Gi
Held every Tuesday evening, this class allows students to train without the gi, learn to deal with different attacks and set-ups, and learn how to deal with increased speed and different grips without the Gi. To succeed in these classes, we recommend a solid understanding of our fundamentals.

BJJ Advanced Gi
In order to supply our more advanced students with the most information in the most efficient manner possible, we use a methodology of learning based on specific subjects/positions. Each month, we will tackle a new subject, and systematically break down the options from that position, offensively and defensively.

We offer this class every week on Fridays at 7 pm. Week one will be the fundamentals of the position, along with line drilling and free sparring to help learn the movements. Each week will offer a review of the previous week(s) and then dive further into the subject. By the time you finish the last week of the month, your understanding of the position will be deep, and you will feel very confident in the situations studied.

*These classes have a minimum rank requirement of Blue Belt.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai Level 1
A revolving set of 13 different classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, giving the beginner Muay Thai student the foundation techniques and movements essential for success and true understanding of Muay Thai. All technical requirements for Level 2 status in our Muay Thai program will be taught during these classes.

These 13 lessons will be taught every month, so that after 4-5 months, students will feel that they have a strong foundation in Muay Thai.

Muay Thai Level 2
These classes build off the Muay Thai Level 1 classes, teaching the student set-ups and combinations of fundamental attacks and defense. To succeed in these classes, we recommend a solid understanding of our fundamentals from the Level 1 classes.

Muay Thai Level 3
These classes will cover a broader range of more intermediate and advanced level techniques, combinations and concepts. To succeed in these classes, we highly recommend a solid understanding of our fundamentals, as well as Level 2 status in our Muay Thai program.
